OXFORD GARDEN
CLUB
The Oxford Garden Club is dedicated to horticulture education, sharing plants
and helping members beautify their homes and their town.
Anyone who loves flowers, trees, shrubs, vegetable gardens and house plants
is eligible to join.
The club meets at 7:00 p.m. on the fourth
(4th) Tuesday of each month at the
Town Hall community room.
Club agendas include guest speakers, visits to local gardens and trips to
famous gardens. Trips in the past have included Longwood Gardens and Winterthur
in Pennsylvania and Deleware,
Boston, Hartford and Philadelphia flower shows, Wave Hill, the Cloisters,
the National Arboretum, Washington D.C.
and the U.S. Botanical Gardens and area
greenhouses and herb gardens.
Our annual spring plant sale is held in May.
