OXFORD WOMAN'S CLUB, INC.

The Woman's Club of Oxford, Inc., a member of the Connecticut Junior Women's Club, Inc., strives to bring together women mutually interested in education, culture, community projects and humanitarianism.

Any local woman over the age of 18 is eligible to join. Meetings are on the fourth Tuesday of each month at Quaker Farms School.

Special annual events include a welcome social, Halloween party, Supper with Santa, Breakfast with the Easter Bunny and an annual tag sale.

The organization also adopts a family each year through the St. Vincent DePaul Society in Shelton.

The club has an active home life committee that helps local families in need. It also conducts numerous fundraisers.
